The bungalow will usually have more square footage and a bigger basement. Knowing these styles and how they look can help you determine a better ARV as well as determine if it’s a deal. The hottest selling neighborhoods in Chicago are going to be selling a brick property. The most typical styles for the brick homes are Bungalow, Ranch/Raised Ranch, Georgian, and Cape Cod. A couple of weeks ago, on the first truly cold day of the winter, I made my way to Chiswick House in west London to visit the Camellia Festival. the festival is in its second year and though the camellias are the colourful draw, the celebration marks a turning point in this remarkable property. a £12m restoration in the hands of English Heritage has transformed the grounds, returning them to their 18th-century glory, and the restoration has successfully tackled the difficulties of preserving an ever-evolving landscape. The landscaped park, which spans some 65 acres, is arguably the birthplace of the English landscape movement, which came to be through the meeting of Lord Burlington and William Kent. the two men, patron and designer, met in Rome on the Grand Tour in 1723 and worked on the park in its various iterations until Burlington’s death in 1753. a canal was re-worked with

Marin County Dream House Wanted – Marin MLS & Experienced Realtor Needed
Marin County real estate is managing to keep its head above water in a sluggish real estate market, but it is a struggle. Long considered a real estate hot spot, the Marin market has slowed, although a few areas are still in what can be considered a seller’s market. Other communities, including Novato and San Rafael have definitively entered the buyer’s corner. in truth, Marin’s housing market is all over the map and the prospective buyer will need a knowledgeable realtor to help navigate these rocky shoals. The interesting thing about listings in Marin County is that sales can be difficult to predict and generally need to be taken on a case-by-case basis. the luxury home market remains strong, but more modest homes sometimes languish for a variety of reasons. Some are quite simply overpriced. Others went into escrow and subsequently fell out due to financing issues (Again, might the

OCALA, Florida, February 1, 2012―The GOP race for the White House has taken another turn in what has been a roller-coaster ride. Yet one constant throughout the race is that Mitt Romney, the commanding victor in Florida with almost 50% of the vote, has been the front-runner with staying power. Tim Pawlenty was thought to be mr. Romney’s initial challenger, but he dropped out after a third place finish in the Iowa Straw Poll. Michele Bachmann won the Iowa Straw Poll and was quickly supplanted when Rick Perry entered the race. mr. Perry faltered after some rough debate performances. Both Ms. Bachmann and mr. Perry dropped out after poor showings in the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire Primary, respectively. Herman Cain briefly rocketed to the top, only to fall back and drop out under a cloud of unproven sexual allegations. he did not make it to the Iowa Caucus. When

Properties sold at auction are purchased for cash, with no title insurance or prior inspection allowed, usually by investors either adding to their rental holdings or, often, intending to quickly rehabilitate units and “flip” them for a profit. There has been talk that another “wave” of high foreclosures is on the horizon, given a recent increase in delinquency filings. ForeclosureRadar’s founder and CEO Sean O’Toole disagrees, pointing to the increased investor appetite as a mechanism to keep many foreclosures from hitting the market. “January’s numbers should put to rest any notion that we will see a wave of foreclosures in 2012, at least in the western
